Family Services Recptionist and Coach
Location: SCCAP Chambersburg & Gettysburg Office Locations
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and communities? We are seeking dedicated Family Services Specialist coaches who play a key role in supporting individuals and families on their journey toward stability and self-defined success. Grounded in a person-centered culture of care, a coach builds empowering relationships and provides individualized coaching and service navigation. This role honors the dignity, strengths, and unique goals of each family, helping them overcome barriers, identify paths forward and access the resources they need to thrive. The ability to communicate in multiple languages (English, Spanish, and/or Haitian-Creole) is highly desirable.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree with experience working with diverse families. Excellent communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired (English, Spanish, Haitian-Creole). Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills that can welcome someone into our space. Ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with individuals with complex needs. A belief that every person is valuable and a commitment to equity and inclusion and treating all people with respect and dignity. A commitment to providing coaching support that assists individuals in meeting their short-term needs and long-term goals. Team oriented.
Salary: $17.50 to $18.00 per hour depending on education and experience.
Benefits: Benefits: 17 Paid Time off days per year, 14 paid holidays, 401K with organizational contributions of 3% of salary with vesting after completion of year two. Individual health, vision and dental insurance with a small employee contribution and a life and disability policy.
